## The Quarter We Turned Visibility Into Action

Q2 is about making it easier to see what is happening and act with confidence. We’re introducing a dedicated home for email deliverability, clearer RCS billing, and branded calling in the US, a faster way to create WhatsApp demos, and updates across Analyze, Exchange, AgentOS, and WhatsApp that help teams work with less friction. Take a closer look at the updates that shaped the quarter:

## Quarterly Highlights

In the video below, Klara will walk you through the updates that defined Q2:

1. **Email Deliverability Center & AI Agent**:

**The Email Deliverability Center (EDC)** is a single place where you can track all your deliverability data and quickly identify anything that might be impacting email delivery, powered by AI. Instead of digging through complex data, in the EDC, you are now provided with clear insights into email performance, ability to monitor domain and IP reputation, and spot potential issues before they affect results.

It also includes an AI-powered **Deliverability Agent** that can instantly answer questions like: "Why did my bounce rate increase?"

1. **US Market Updates**:

    **Voice:**
**Branded Calling ID** lets businesses show a verified name, logo, and call reason on outbound calls. It makes calls easier to recognize, helps build trust before the conversation starts, and can improve answer rates.

    **RCS**:
**Interactive Sessions** are now live in the US, bringing a session-based billing model to rich, two-way conversations. Businesses can stay available to customers for as long as needed while reducing costs per conversation, since the entire 24-hour interaction is billed as a single session.

**We’ve also updated billing transparency for US traffic** with delivery reports now showing how messages were billed, when a session started, and which messages belong to each conversation. This provides teams with better visibility into usage and simplifies reconciliation.

1. **AI Video Editor for WhatsApp**:

**The new AI Video Editor**, now available in the web interface, makes it faster to visualize WhatsApp business use cases. From a simple text prompt, it generates animated demo videos of realistic WhatsApp conversation flows, including supported interactive elements like buttons and lists.

Teams can quickly explore scenarios, edit messages and elements, and export showcase-ready content on demand — without needing a creative team.

There is plenty more to explore- from billing and usage insights to workflow integrations, WhatsApp enhancements, Viber transactional templates, and AgentOS improvements.

## Analyze: On-Demand API Access To Billing & Usage Data

The new Billing Usage API gives customers programmatic access to aggregated cost and billing data. With aggregation across 20+ dimensions, teams can break down spend by application, entity, sender, traffic type, geography, campaign, network, and more.

Key benefits:

1. **Simplified cost reporting:** automate cost reporting programmatically, replacing manual exports

1. **Multi-tenant cost attribution:** enable per-tenant cost visibility and chargeback reporting

1. **Detailed spend analysis:** break down costs across 20+ dimensions most relevant to your business

## Exchange: Built Into The Workflows Teams Already Use

1. **Native campaign logic:** work with Smart Campaigns, triggers, filters, and lead attributes

1. **Personalization:** tailor content securely with Marketo tokens

1. **Sales visibility:** sync message activity into CRM for review

### WhatsApp for Salesforce Service Cloud

WhatsApp is now available inside Salesforce Service Cloud for real-time, two-way customer engagement. With Bring Your Own Channel messaging, support teams can handle conversations, cases, and workflows without leaving Salesforce.

Key benefits:

1. **Two-way customer support:** handle live WhatsApp conversations in Service Cloud

1. **Unified agent experience:** manage chats, cases, and workflows in one place

1. **Chatbot escalation:** preserve context when handing off to live agents

1. **Familiar workspace:** keep teams inside the tools they already know

## AgentOS: More Consistency Across The Journey

### Improved UX for Message Creation in Journeys

Journeys now use a unified message editor that replaces older channel-specific editors, making it faster and easier for teams to create messages across supported channels.

This reduces friction, removes legacy workarounds, and creates a more consistent message-building experience.

### WhatsApp Rich Media Templates & Access Controls available for Inbox

WhatsApp templates in Inbox now support rich content, queue-based access, time validity, CDP placeholder mapping, and improved template management.

This helps teams create richer WhatsApp messages, give agents access to the right templates, personalize conversations at scale, and better manage seasonal or time-sensitive campaigns.

### Real-Time Analytics Dashboard Updates

The Real-Time Analytics Dashboard now gives supervisors better live visibility into voice automation performance, SLA compliance, and repeat caller patterns. This helps teams spot issues faster, understand what is happening in real time, and take action before performance changes impact the customer experience.

### Export Conversations in PDF Format

Conversations can now be exported as formatted PDFs with key metadata and notes, giving teams a clean and portable record for audits, reviews, escalations, and compliance reporting. This makes it easier to document conversations without relying on manual screenshots or fragmented records.

## WhatsApp: More Flexibility For Messaging

### Max-Price feature for Marketing Messages API

The new Max-price feature gives businesses more control over WhatsApp messaging costs by allowing teams to set a maximum bid per message at the template level. This helps teams manage spend more precisely, estimate reach and cost based on historical data, and pay only what is needed to reach valuable customers.

### GIF media headers in message templates

WhatsApp message templates now support GIF media headers, giving businesses a more dynamic alternative to static images. This helps teams create more engaging campaigns, make stronger first impressions, and add more visual impact to messages through motion.

### In-thread Authentication

In-thread Authentication lets businesses verify customer identity directly inside the WhatsApp conversation using passkeys and biometric confirmation. This keeps customers in the conversation, removes the need for SMS codes or app switching, and creates a faster, more secure authentication experience with less friction.

## Viber: More Structure For Transactional Messages

### Viber Transactional Templates

Viber transactional messaging is now more structured with pre-approved templates for use cases like OTPs and notifications, managed directly through the API or Infobip Portal. Templates support placeholders, standardized approvals, and real-time status webhooks, replacing market-specific workarounds with one consistent integration approach for simpler compliance and more reliable delivery.
