[ Apply now ](#poslovi) ## Internship journey ## Selection process The selection process has three steps: 1. initial interview 2. practical assignment 3. final interview ## Orientation week You're in! Now what? Orientation week is the first week of your internship where you get the opportunity to get to know other interns and get introduced to Infobip's story, culture, products, organization and much more! ## Working with mentor and team During the program, you will get to work as a part of a team and you get your own dedicated mentor who will support you in your learning and professional development journey. Also, throughout the program, the mentor will regularly give you feedback on your work. ## Upskilling program We place a lot of importance on soft skills, as we do on technical skills. That's why every intern goes through the Upskilling journey during their internship. Through the Upskilling, you will have a chance to develop and improve skills such as communication, presentation, feedback, and organization skills. ## Graduation ceremony Congratulations! You've graduated the internship! Graduation ceremony is the last step of your internship journey.
