This year marks 20 years of Infobip shaping how businesses communicate with their customers globally. Over that time, we have seen fraud and security evolve from a niche operational issue to a company-wide priority, and our products has evolved with it.  

This Fraud and Security Report documents a year of dramatic contrasts: record volumes of blocked fraudulent traffic alongside record-low leaked message rates, overall improvement in suspicious OTP traffic globally, even as certain regions saw higher levels of fraud pressure emerge, and the scaling of enterprise authentication as businesses move beyond SMS-only security.
