#### Lead acquisition

1. Participants must opt-in and provide details (e.g. name, company) before joining the Vocalize game
2. This data is collected directly within the [CDP (Customer Data Platform) People](https://www.infobip.com/people) for effective lead generation
3. The opt-in rate is is higher than traditional lead acquisition, thanks to the engaging and rewarding nature of the voice-activated game

#### Gamification

1. Once users submit their information, they are ready to engage in the game
2. Participants must say a specific phrase correctly, adding an interactive twist (e.g., the voice note should resemble "Berlin skyline")
3. AI is then used to analyze the voice note, match it to the phrase said, and respond with fun, engaging feedback and details on how to compete
4. The game itself is a strong motivator, but adding a prize or branded merchandise for the top scorer takes it to the next level
5. The combination of fun, competition, and rewards boosts participation and leaves a lasting impression

##  How to set it up?

 GenAI analyzes the voice note, matches it to the phrase, and responds with fun, engaging feedback and competition details.

- 1. Create your AI chatbot
- 2. Set up tags for audience segmentation
- 3. Add the GenAI application in Exchange

##  How does it work?

- 1. Lead scans the QR code that opens the WhatsApp chatbot
- 2. The lead sends a voice message with specific instructions
- 3. Lead is stored in the leaderboard
- 4. AI evaluates similarity with the desired image
- 5. Chatbot sends info about the score back to the user
